EMC testing of in-vehicle equipment for EV/HV.
One-stop service for EMC testing, wireless testing, and high voltage electrical testing in compliance with various automotive manufacturer standards.
The Kashima EMC Testing Laboratory has constructed a next-generation mobility building equipped with two "EHV Chambers" capable of conducting EMC tests under real load environments that simulate driving conditions, starting operations in January 2020. With this equipment enhancement, EMC tests compliant with CISPR 25:2016 Ed.4 Annex I, ISO 11452-2 Ed.3 Clause 8, and GB/T 36282 will be possible. In addition to EMC testing, we have high-voltage equipment capable of testing LV 124, LV 123, and LV 148. We also offer wireless testing, allowing vehicle manufacturers to receive all required tests in a one-stop service. The next-generation mobility building will feature three anechoic chambers for vehicle use (including the two EHV Chambers) and three electrical testing rooms. The EHV Chambers are equipped with fixed dynamometers capable of reproducing real loads up to 125 N·m/12,000 rpm and a power absorption capacity of 170 kW. The dynamometer's gearbox has been redesigned to be placed outside the anechoic chamber, minimizing the size of metal objects located inside the chamber. This allows for measurements that are less affected by metal objects.
